Rehearsals

Rehearsals are currently at Trinity United Methodist Church, 1200 W Green Oaks Blvd Arlington, TX. from 7:00 to 9:30 on Monday nights.  Attendance is mandatory.  If a member needs to miss a rehearsal, the appropriate section leader needs to be notified.  Three absences from rehearsals before any one concert of the season will disqualify the singer from singing in that performance.  There are no excused absences; however, attendance at a retreat will nullify one absence.  There is one retreat per concert period generally on a Saturday morning.  

Dues

Members must have annual dues of $140 paid in full or have an approved payment plan in effect in order to sing a concert.The dues amount remains unchanged regardless of the number of concerts sung or the time of year joined.  Limited financial assistance is available by application no later than the fourth week of rehearsals.

Concert Attire

Men – Black tuxedo, vest, white wing tip tux shirt, black bow tie, black socks and black dress shoes.

Women – Cost of the dress is $56-66 + shipping, and is ordered through AMC.  Please contact Laura Mamazza about ordering the dress.  Other dress requirements: black hose, black dress shoes, pearl earrings, single strand pearl necklace should hang past the dress neckline 2” – 4”.

Both – No additional jewelry, watches, or bracelets should be worn other than wedding, engagement or graduating class rings.

Please, NO perfume or cologne of any kind during rehearsal or performance.
